LOVE this photo!!  How sweet, daddy and baby read a book.  Miles is way into it.  Checking out the pictures and listening to Mike tell him all about colors.  This one makes me gush, I could just melt.  My two favorite guys.  Awe, love!!!!

tummy time

Miles is having some tummy time on his new play mat.  Its kinda like a cool yoga mat for babies.  His has little helicopters and numbers on it.  I love this photo because of all the blues and oranges.  Miles is taking a little rest during his tummy time and looking oh so sweet.

Check me out!  Miles is looking sweet in my glasses.  I put them on his cute little face and Mike and I laughed hysterically at all of his expressions.  This one we thought was just way too cute, it cracks me up!

I just love when babies hang out together!  Miles met a new friend named Lila.  As soon as we set them beside each other they reached out and held hands.  No lie, it happened within seconds and it was so cute!  Miles and Lila are just darling!  We had a great time meeting new friends.

Miles really does love baths.  It's just the getting out part that is no fun. 

3 months

Miles is three months old today.  Here's a photo to mark the day.  We're on our way to daycare and work.  This day proved to be a big deal as it is the first day Miles rolled over.  He has been the champion of tummy time at daycare for some time.  And today he decided he had had enough tummy time and it was time to roll over.  He went from his tummy to his back twice!  Now that I look at the photo from the morning before we left, I can see it in his eyes.  He's got a look about him that says he is totally ready for an epic day.  Well done Miles!

Miles has shown little interest in his pets Karma and Shackleton.  Every now and then, he may catch a glimpse of them when they pass by.  Miles did manage to reach out and pet Karma.  Yeah, ok with a little assistance from us.  But still, once he felt her fur he grabbed a handful and gave it a tug.  Friends already, Karma loved it and rubbed her face all over his little balled up fist!

birthday fun

Today we went to Lexi's 2nd birthday party!  Miles loved watching everyone eat cake.  It was so  nice to finally be able to attend a family birthday since it was nearly impossible living in Chicago.  Happy Birthday Alexis!
